ABOUT: Green Hornets wrestling is committed to developing young sportsmen in a safe and fun environment. Wrestling may be the purest form of athletic competition. It is a unique sport that instills strong work ethic and discipline in its participants. It is our goal to teach the sport of wrestling while developing these characteristics along the way. Kids ages 5-15 are welcome to register. Whether your child is new to the sport, or if they have been wrestling for years, Green Hornets has a place for them.

SCHEDULE: A schedule will be sent via email to each registrant. We will be wrestling against other local teams and a schedule will be made at the league meeting. Matches are held on Saturdays and/or Sundays.

WHEN: Two practices/week @ 6:30 pm-8:00 pm.

WHERE: Severn School, Edward St. John Athletic Center, Holly Ave., Severna Park, MD 21146.

EQUIPMENT: Headgear and wrestling shoes are required. Both items can be purchased at most sporting goods stores. Uniforms will be provided for all wrestlers, but will require a deposit and must be returned at the end of the wrestling season.

AGE RANGE: The Green Hornet's Wrestling Program is offered to youths between the ages of 5 and 15.

COST: $125

We will need volunteers to help throughout the season. Areas to volunteer include coaches, score keepers, photographers, and more! Please contact me if you are interested in volunteering.
