Designed to offer a more realistic representation of challenges and level of competition a player would face in high school. Size, talent and expectation level make this far different from experiences at younger select levels.

The Green Hornets will attempt to field at least one UNLIMITED team at each age group. Typically, the Select team will compete with their peers in the American Division, and any subsequent teams formed will compete in the Central Division/”Rec” Level. However, upon the recommendation of the Head Coach, a second Select team could be formed to play in the National Division/”Select” Level.

11U / 12U / 13U TRYOUTS General Selection Process:

• Unlimited teams will begin evaluations on 29th July and team selection will be finalized no later than 11 August.
• Selecting a player at this level greatly exaggerates areas for consideration as playing time and priority shifts from development to competition.
• THERE IS NO WAITLIST AT UNLIMITED LEVELS. Not all players trying out are guaranteed a roster spot on the team!
• Only players that evaluators feel can compete at the appropriate level within the team concept will be placed on the Select team. Players will not be retained due to just weight.
• All players “Try-out” for the “Select” team and if chosen, are assigned to that team by the Coaches. Any player that is not selected in this process will move to the associated “Rec” team.
